iSON Xperiences Shines at the 2023 HR Oscars Awards

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that iSON Xperiences has received three prestigious awards at the recent Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) HR Oscars event held on November 16th, 2023, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja Nigeria.
The HR Best Practice Awards, established by CIPM in 2012, aim to promote excellence in People Management, Organisation Development, and celebrate professionals who implement best-in-class
HR practices.

  1. HR Best Practice Awards: Winner – Overall Winner: Business Process Outsourcing
    iSON Xperiences was awarded the overall winner in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Customer Experience Management organizational sector.
    This prestigious award acknowledges our achievements in various practice areas, including Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Development, Compensation, Reward and Recognition, Employee Engagement & Internal Communication, Employee and Industrial Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, HR Policy Development and Implementation, Employee Service and Administration, Organisational Development & Change Management, and Digital
    HR/SMAC Technology.
  2. 2023 HR Inclusion Award: Winner – Private Sector
    This award was introduced by the CIPM to deepen the engagement with the labour market in order to promote best-in-class HR disability confident practices and to recognise HR professionals and organisations’ efforts on disability inclusion with a view to sustaining and driving the disability inclusion agenda in corporate and individual practices. iSON Xperiences in Nigeria was assessed in this category of impact hiring from low income or marginalized communities. Since inception, we hired a total of 295 employees from these communities, with an inclusion of approximately 35 special abled employees.
  3. 2023 HR Inclusion Award: Individual Category Winner – Colin Enim
    We are particularly excited to highlight the outstanding achievement of Colin Enim – Head of HR: West Africa. Colin’s initiatives, including forging partnerships with NGOs and signing MOUs with Yutex Global Centre for Persons with Disability, The Christ Foundation, among others, have played a pivotal role in shaping iSON Xperiences as a leader in promoting inclusivity in the workplace in Nigeria. His commitment has not only contributed to the organization’s success but has also set a benchmark for excellence in HR practices.

These awards deepen our reputation as a global leader in the Customer Experience Management and BPO sector. It reflects our commitment to enhance inclusivity, aligning with international standards and practices.
