We are delighted to share remarkable news that fills us with a profound sense of pride and satisfaction. Everest Group has recently concluded its annual evaluation of Global Customer Experience Managemellt (CXM) Service Providers, and the outcome is truly pleasing.
iSON Xperiences is proud to be recognised as a ‘Major Contender’ in the Everest CXM Peak Matrix Assessment for EMEA region. This was iSON’s maiden foray into this prestigious Assessment, and came after a rigorous qualification and evaluation process that featured 54 prominent Global and Regional CXM service providers.

We now proudly stand alongside some of the world”s most renowned CXM providers, including Capita, TELUS, Taskus, Firstsource, EXL, HGS, lntelcia, and Atento, each with revenues exceeding USD 500 million to well beyond USD 1 billion
