c) provides all stakeholders with the resources needed for the ESG initiative, including support and training relevant to their roles;
d) integrates the ESG into all business processes;
e) plans for and implements response, mitigation and recovery which impact ESG aspects;
f) prevents incidents frauds and exploitation related to ESG;
g) continually improves the ESG posture based on the outcome of, risk treatment responses and recovery.
Top management shall ensure annual review of this policy and established ESG Objectives for continuing suitability.
